Capabilities

Color matching at its finest.
Seidel’s 75,000 sq ft facility houses 2 fully automated electro-polishing and anodizing lines. We process from .25 in diameter deep drawn parts up to 11.5 ft *3.5 ft sheets, all individually racked.
  • Up to 15 Million small parts such as actuators and lipstick cases per week
  • Up to 4,000 big sheets (11.5 ft * 3.5) per week or higher quantities for smaller sheets or plates
  • Tooling/Racking can be developed for different parts and application
 
Manual part assembly.
To achieve the highest quality all parts are individually racked either manually or automatically.

Custom color creation: we match any color and can develop the color with you in-house.

 
 
Spectrophotometer
We measure and quantify color using our Spectrophotometer.

Seidel meets the following MIL Specs:
  • MIL-A-8625, Type II, Class 1 or MIL-STD 171, 7.2.1: Sulfuric acid anodizing, conventional coatings produced from a sulfuric acid bath, Non-dyed
  • MIL-A-8625, Type II, Class 2 or MIL-STD 171, 7.2.2: – Sulfuric acid anodizing, conventional coatings produced from a sulfuric acid bath, Dyed
